Achieve the Ultimate Summer Glow

It's probably raining outside (for my Philippine readers) and for sure this post might sound a bit weird for some of you. But why not!? it might rain frequently but it's summer all year round after all so I think my post is still applicable to whatever weather we have right now *wink

Anyways, I know all of us wants to achieve the perfect glowing skin all year round. But for sure, it isn't easy because I know the feeling and I can totally relate. The struggle is definitely real! Have you experienced severe acne that whatever care and products you use to stop the pimples from coming out, it seems like nothings gonna stop them? have you? coz I have! back when I was still in high school up to my first year in college. There are also people who are lucky enough to not experience pimple problems but it's either they're struggling from having big open pores, severe black heads or dull and dry skin due to our tropic weather.
I know I don't have the perfect skin but guys, let me just share some tips I found online that I thought you might want to know too! so here's how we could achieve the ultimate summer glow. 

Let's start with having good skin! skin care is the most important thing if you want to have that perfect glow. And to have good skin, we must start from within. Taking care of our health results in younger looking skin. First step is to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables especially those abundant with Vitamin C & E. Vitamin C & E are proven to have good benefits not only to skin but also to our overall health. But since it's hard to eat all the good food we need, supplements are here to help us. Choose a good supplement that will benefit not only your skin but your body. Remember, your skin will look young not only by taking good care of it but most importantly the whole parts of your body. When your body is healthy and when it functions well, it will show on your skin. As for me, I take Usana Essentials which is considered as 'King supplements" because of its superb quality and therapeutic effect. You might want to search USANA on google to verify and check how good their supplements are :)

Eat healthy. Another major thing to consider. Watch what you eat! because it will definitely show on your skin. If you lack fluids, your skin will look dry and if you eat lots of oily foods, your skin will secrete too much oil too! I know its hard to have a balanced diet but at least we have to lessen the killer foods. Here are some good recipes you might want to try for healthier food options :)

4 Ingredient Chocolate Protein TEE-A (Chia) Pudding
This is a treat that you really can not feel guilty about. Omega-3s, protein, vitamins, minerals, fruits, vegetables, and no refined sugar! I enjoy cooking with ALOHA Tea because it functions just like water and adds a delicious taste, without any added calories, sugar, or unnatural ingredients. Enjoy as a healthy breakfast or a satisfying dessert!

1/4 cup raw chia seeds
3 tablespoons ALOHA Coconut
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Strawberry for garnish, if desired

1. Brew one bag of ALOHA Beauty Tea in 1 1/4 cup of water for ten to 15 minutes. Remove the bag and pour one cup of brewed tea into a small bowl or large glass. Add the chia seed and let them soak for an hour.
2. Add the ALOHA Chocolate Protein, ALOHA Daily Good Chocolate, ALOHA Coconut, and the cinnamon and vanilla if desired. Combine lightly. Blend the mixture in a food processor until it reaches your desired consistency. The chia takes a little while to breakdown evenly—I blended mine for about three minutes, stopping to mix it up with a spoon.
3. Spoon into a small dish, glass, or bowl. Top with a strawberry if you are feeling fancy and you're done!. Check for more of these appetizing healthy food!

Another thing is to use less makeup. Apply a natural makeup look to achieve the ultimate summer glow. There's no better way to achieve summer glow other than using less makeup products. Let your skin show and do the glow! Makeup is used only to enhance your features and beauty but it's your natural skin that will actually make you glow. Also, makeup products could actually lead to skin acne and other problems. It's better to not use makeup at all but let's all be honest guys, no one could ever go out without any makeup on. If you can't dare to go bare then just use the ones you really need. And in terms of summer glow, you really don't need much. A dash of concealer, fleek natural looking brows and bronzer will do the trick!
