Hey! hey! New year is fast approaching! :) 2012 PLEASE BE GOOD TO ME! :D Today is Dec.28, 2011 which is 3 days away from Jan 1, 2012. So were baking cakes now. Many bakers says that to achieve the desired taste and flavor of a cake, baking must be done two to three days prior to the celebration (eating). Yeah, and that's why were baking the cakes ahead of time. Basically we'll have one cake, the three others would be for some of our relatives and close friends of my mom.
Tomorrow, we'll be grocery time which means I can select whatever food I want :D and also, I'm gonna purchase ingredients for my Lasagna :D :D nooom!
