Product Review: Klairs Gentle Moist Aloe Gel

Being able to be given a chance to review free products from various online shops feels very worthy. You get to feel something like people trusts you in a lot of ways to the point that they send you some of their items for free in exchange for a product feature added with a banner placement on your blog and/or an outfit post, just that. Kind of easy right? be it a part of their marketing strategy or whatever they call that, I appreciate the opportunity of to be able to work with you :)

I have reviewed a couple of items from different online shops lately, mostly if not all is about fashion. For the first time, I will be reviewing a couple of cosmetic products which I received from Wishtrend. I blogged an overview of the items that I got in my previous post. All of the products came all the way from Seoul Korea! one of my must go places. I got samples of lotion, body wash, spot clearing cream and a moist gel. Since they're of different uses and brands, I decided to make different reviews of each of them. Fist of is the Gentle Moist Aloe Gel.

Klair's Gentle Moist Gel in 100ml. At first, I had a difficult time knowing how to use this since the directions at the back of the container is not written in English alphabet. Good thing, I was able to look for it in the internet. Its my first time to use this kind of product so I don't really have any idea on how it would affect my skin. One thing I know is that its for moisturizing from the word Moist, that's it.

It has Aloe Barbadensis or Aloe Vera leaf juice and Sodium Hyaluronate which moisturizes, calms and revitalizes the skin as well as for anti-aging. Portulaca Oleracea Extract or Purslane extract which has antibacterial, anti inflammatory, anti-oxidation, sebum control and anti allergic functions that is good for skin purification and moisturizing. Witch Hazel Water or extract with anti aging, anti oxidation and pore contracting functions. Lastly, the Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract or the green tea extract; the  polyphenol from the green tea provides whitening effects and controls sebum secretion and contracts pores.

The gel is transparent, has sticky consistency and it glides smoothly during the application. To use the product, squeeze enough amount of gel on your palm and apply it evenly on your face. Let your skin absorb moisture for about 15 minutes before rinsing. The product is suitable for both normal and dry skin types. If you have dry skin, apply it at least 3 times a week. If you have normal skin (not dry nor oily) apply it on selected areas of your face (at most) 2 times a week.  For normal skin types, you can apply it evenly on your face but I recommend you use it at most once a week or you could have it twice a week but with lesser time(5 minutes) of application.

Living in a tropical country means living like summer all year. The hot weather opens our pores making it prone to dusts and dirt,  dehydrating the skin's natural moisture resulting to a dull, damage and dry skin. With this, creams and moisturizers with different brands were produced. I have used day cream before and it was good but since Creams have white color (which gives the whiter effect on the skin). sometimes being in a hurry results to an obvious uneven application and when over applied, gives you that unnatural white skin.

Good thing Wishtrend sent me this cool Moist Aloe Gel which moisturizes and provides my skin that glossy and smooth texture. What I like about the product is that its very easy to use, its mild and I won't have to apply it everyday. It moisturizes the skin for about three to four days when applied. Hassle free :)
