After Years

I'm back :)) Finally, I have something better to blog. It's been almost ten years when my cousins and I saw each other. I was around 8 or 9 yrs old that time while they were around 4 and 6 yrs old. We were still kids back then, well actually, until now but a bit matured :) We can't really relate with each other right now, they're boys then my sister and I, obviously, girls. Although we have common interests, the difference is still huge. My younger brother's the one who can interact with them better specially when it comes to computer games.

They grew up in Manila so they don't understand Bisaya hence, a barrier. I find it harder to speak Tagalog because its more awkward than speaking in English. Anyway, they arrived last Monday and they're here in Iligan in time for the Barangay fiesta. Currently, they're staying here in Ditucalan to visit for a day and supposedly, we'll go at the Maze Park today but it was moved by tomorrow.

On their first day here, we woke up early and jogged, toured them around our place. In the plaza, dam, etc and then we played basketball and tennis. It was nice except for the tennis part since we do not really know how to play it. I liked the jogging part :) To be able to exercise early in the morning, feeling the fresh and cool air.

Poor quality pictures -.-

Till next time! <3

  4. It's so nice to see someone familiar after a decade or so. Especially if you literally grew up with them. I felt nothing but happiness when I saw my sister after 10 years. It seems like nothing has changed but just our sizes. LOLS~ It's nice to read posts like this. Makes me thankful for family and relatives.

  5. I've heard about Iligan City, but I don't have any info about such place. Coincidentally, my mother's family name is Iligan. How did your place get her name? Any historical background to share... I would appreciate it. Thanks!

  13. gorgeous views in there...Iligan is beautiful, went to Tinago Falls before and it is amazing.
We have the same problem, i could not speak tagalog the way i want because i can hear an awkward accent from me, so i'd rather speak in English or Cebuanao.
