One perk of being a Usana associate is being able to travel to places. I have had many firsts with Usana, including the recent training held at Usana office in Davao. I have never been to Davao and if it wasn't for Usana, I wouldn't have any reason to visit. I was there for two days so I wasn't able to roam around that much. I did visit some places which I will blog about soon.

Anyway, I would just like to share these cute photos we took right after our training.
You guys know how much I love Althea. Been shopping there non stop since I started taking interest with Korean cosmetics. Who wouldn't? Just take a look at their pore-less flawless skin! I have tried several makeup removers before but didn't really end up liking them very much. You know me, I rely so much on Youtube reviews and when I saw how Youtubers rave about Banila Co Clean it Zero Makeup Remover, I immediately checked it out at Althea.
I also bought this BB Cream from Misshah (review here) together with this makeup remover. This was the best purchase I ever had! This box had the best products I have ever tried.

Packaging

I love the pakcaging. It looks elegant and classy. As for the container, it doesn't look cheap. It's plastic but very sturdy. It comes with a small spatula for hygeine purposes. So that's a plus.

Texture & Smell

The texture is a solid oil balm that turns into a silky oil as you massage the product. It turns into a milky lather once you start massaging on your face. It has a lovely scent. Smells like aloe vera to me.

Application

There's a small spatula that is used to scoop the product out. One scoop (almond sized) is enough to cover my entire face. The solid balm melts into a silky oil as you massage it all over your face in a circular motion. Rinse with a warm water and pat dry. I personally use a cleansing foam with a facial brush right after this step. Just to make sure I don't leave any makeup residue that can cause acne. You can do that as well, it's all up to you.

There are several variety of this product but I personally chose Reservatrol which is suited for oily skin (which I do have). The formula contains reservatrol which is an antioxidant which is a natural antioxidant proven to fight free radical damage. You know I have been problematic about my skin lately and for that reason, I thought maybe this makeup cleanser will help clear up my skin and prevent acne. And I did notice good results!

Price

I bought from Althea (click here) for P1,040. Yes it is quite expensive BUT it has a lot of product inside which will last you for about 4-5 months depending on how much of the product you use. And to think, you get a lot out of this product so I must say, every peso you spend is worth it.

Rating

8/10
I definitely love this product. Very convenient and easy to apply. Very effective and soothing to the skin too. The only thing I don't like about it, is because I have read that this product has "paraben"  content. If you guys don't know, paraben is one of the leading cause of breast cancer. That is pretty alarming. So even though I love this product, I will give it an 8 for that reason. And I don't think I will repurchase.

That's it. Let me know what you think. If you've tried this product and how do you like it? Comment down below your reactions or suggestions. See you on my next post!
No one expected it would last. We were small headed and childish back then and who would have thought we were serious and would last up to now. We have been together for 7 years. Crazy! The secret? hmmm.. I think understanding and acceptance of each other's flaws matters a lot.

Quick snack at Fika while having a stop over at a gasoline station.

Anyway, I'm not here to advice you guys because honestly, I'm not the perfect person to ask. I just wanted to blog about how our day went. It was not the usual celebration that we used to do. We usually just eat and watch a movie before but because we've been so busy with work and we needed much relaxation and pampering, we decided to book for a spa session.
We have been wanting for a massage but we've been so busy and didn't have the time. And so at last, we finally made time for a much needed relaxation. We decided to try Thai Boran and we both got a full body massage and an hour of foot spa for only P450.00

It was the best decision we ever did! It was more expensive than a movie ticket but was super worth it. If you guys are thinking of a massage, you might want to try their service too!
After a very relaxing massage, we decided to try Wish You Were Here's smoked meat. Been hearing a lot of good comments about their food and I definitely have to agree. Love the tenderness of their meat.

I actually wanted to watch a movie after but we were short of time. We've just been so busy with work and this day was a great day to have a break and give ourselves some time and pampering. I'm glad that we lasted this long. I never felt it was already seven years. Felt like it was only yesterday <3
Hey guys! if you are on the side of the world currently experiencing the fall season, or if you live in a tropical country like me and you currently have the rainy season on then you might want to warm up with this cool bomber jacket I recently got from StyleWe.
